NOTE! You can choose to pay by credit card or via bank transfer. If you pay via bank transfer there will be no extra charge since our bank is located in Auistria. If you choose to pay with credit card, please be advised that Ski Travel Group AG is located in Switzerland and therefore you should check with your bank if there will be any extra costs paying with credit card.
Deposit of 50 € per person (summer) 100 € per person (winter) must be paid within 1 week of booking.
The final payment must be paid no later than 21 days before arrival. For bookings with less than 21 days to arrival, the full price must be paid within 3 days after booking. In all cases, the total price of the vacation has to be paid in full prior to the arrival date. In the case of non-compliance with payment deadlines, Alpeffect Hotels reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

The Grafenberg Resort is located in St. Johann Wagrain in the Pongau district in beautiful Salzburgerland. At about 800 meters altitude Wagrain offers several ways to spend a wonderful holiday.
The two mountains - "Grafenberg" and "Griessenkareck" in the middle of Ski Amadé invite you to ski in winter and for scenic walks and bike adventures in summer. Only 50 meters from the hotel you can take the Grafenbergbahn to 1713 m altitude.
The "G-Link" started operating back in the winter season 2013/2014. G-LINK WAGRAIN is a cable car system between the two ski mountains and connects the middle station of the cable car "Flying Mozart" on Griessenkareck to the top of the "Grafenberg Express I" lift and the bottom of "Grafenberg Express II". Due to the huge span of over two kilometers, a cable car system with support and traction cable is required. The tramway has two vehicles (cars), with a capacity of 130 people and has a maximum capacity of 1300 people per hour (per direction).
The "Griessenkareck" is 1865 m heigh and can be reached by the Flying Mozart cable car.
The resort consists of 57 apartments and hotel rooms. The apartments are of varying sizes and can accommodate up to 10 people. Hotel rooms can accommodate 2 - 4 people. Meals are served in the hotels own restaurant and if you fancy a drink, the hotel bar in the lobby is perfect for you. The hotel also boasts a pool and a wellness area with sauna and steam room.
The Grafenberg Resort is a Family hotel. A playroom, a children’s cinema and much else keeps children busy and happy even if the weather is not that great.

Our apartments offer room for 2-10 persons.
All kitchenetts are equipped with a fridge/freezer, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle and a coffee machine. The living area consists of a seating area, a sofa, a TV and a balcony. All bedrooms have access to a private bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The interior of the apartments may differ slightly.
All apartment types are also offered as "penthouse". These feature higher ceilings and are located on the top floor. Most also have a great view of the Alps.

On the second floor of the hotel you will find our restaurant. Our changing theme buffets offer something for every taste. And our "little guests" and vegetarians will also not be disappointed and will find a delicious meal at our buffet.
Start the day with a rich breakfast so that you are well prepared for an active day in the Salzburg Alps. Our breakfast buffet includes a variety of breads and pastries, sausages and cheeses, a selection of jams and spreads, as well as yoghurt, cereals, fruits and fresh egg dishes. Coffee, tea and various fruit juices are of course also included in the breakfast. Breakfast is from 07:30 to 10:00 and for the late riser breakfast is still open from 10:00 to 11:00.

Breakfast is included in the All Inclusive Light stay, you are welcome to pack a lunch for the day, soup is available from 12:00 - 13:00, coffee and cake are served from 15:30 - 16:30 and for the grand finale, there is our evening buffet including salad buffet. Dinner will be served between 18:00 - 21:00. Drinks such as coffee, tea, non-alcoholoc drinks, house wine (red and white), draft beer, spirits such as gin, rum, vodka, brandy and fruit brandies are included in the room rate from 18:00 to 21:00.

At Grafenberg Resort we take pride in providing everything you could wish for. Hiking, bicycling and enjoying the views can be tiring and after a long day full of memorable experiences how about some relaxation in our luxurious equipped sauna- and wellness area?
Here you can loosen your muscles and enjoy the soothing heat in the sauna or steam bath. You will also find lying chairs to relax in.
On top of all this we also have a large swimming pool, which many of our smallest guests particularly enjoy. So if you travel as a family, the children can have fun in the pool while the parents relax in the wellness area.
The pool can be seen from the lobby area so besides from being fun when you are in it, it also spreads joy to see the happy children play and have fun in there.
Please be aware that if you need a bathrobe you can get this in the reception for an extra fee of EUR 10,- for a bathrobe. You can get towels in the reception free of charge.
Opening hours for our pool and sauna:
Our young guests are especially important for us. Therefore, we created a children's playroom with toys and video games for our smallest guests. (Parents are responsible for their children.) We offer even more entertainment for the whole family in our children's cinema. The teen lounge ensures that even teenagers can enjoy themselves.
Throughout the summer guests traveling with a dog are welcome at Grafenberg Resort. Pre-registration is required and the rooms for dogs are subject to availability. The hotel staff will select the room, and therefore any special room requests can not always be considered. Dogs allowed up to 15 kg (without food) € 20, - / night, must be supervised in the room and do not have access to public areas.
The parking garage and the outside parking space at Grafenberg Resort is €2.50,- per day. Vans, campers, bigger cars or cars with boxes on top will normally be assigned to the outside parking. There is a limited number of space. The garage height is 2.10 m. When the garage is full, or your car is too high, the hotel staff will assign you alternative parking in the area.
At Grafenberg Resort we offer a charging station for electric cars. The station is located on the lower floor of our underground parking (max. Height 2m). Prior reservation is not possible due to high demand. Should you require the station, please type it in the reservation.
City tax is not included in the price and will be charged on arrival in the Hotel.
Check-in is between 15:30 and 19:00. Please send us an email HERE if your arrival is later than 19:00.

Both in the winter- and summer season you have daily free access to water fun in Wasserwelt Wagrain. In the summer season, you have a daily entrance to the indoor and outdoor pool. By bad weather the entrance will be limited to 3 hours. In the winter season, you have 3 hours entrance to the indoor pool.
