Ski-in & ski-out: how to reach the piste

From the hotel, there is only a short and easy uphill walk of approximately two minutes to a blue piste, which leads directly to the lifts and the Sölden ski area. At the end of the ski day, you can ski all the way back to the hotel’s ski room.

At Hotel Silbertal, you can stay in newly renovated rooms, suites and apartments with balconies and panoramic mountain views. The layout and interior vary between the different accommodation types, but all offer a cosy and functional setting for relaxing after a day on the slopes.
The hotel offers classic double rooms, spacious junior suites and larger family rooms with space for several guests. Families and groups can also choose apartments with a living area, kitchen and several bedrooms, providing additional flexibility during the stay.
For extra comfort, you can choose a junior suite with a private sauna and freestanding whirlpool bath. Several room types also offer additional sleeping arrangements, making it possible for couples, families and groups of friends to find an option that suits their needs.
Dogs are welcome at Hotel Silbertal for an additional charge. Stays with dogs must be booked in advance. Dogs are not permitted in the hotel restaurant but may remain in the room during meals. However, dogs must not be left alone in the room for extended periods, for example during excursions.

Wellness, infinity pool and relaxation after skiing

The hotel’s wellness area has been newly renovated and offers plenty of opportunities to relax after a day on the slopes. There is a family-friendly area with a sauna and infrared cabin, as well as a separate area with a bio sauna, steam bath and Finnish sauna with panoramic windows overlooking the mountains.
There is also a cooling room with cold water mist. One of the highlights of the wellness area is the heated infinity pool at approximately 33°C. The pool is heated using solar energy and can be used throughout the season. From here, you can enjoy views across the valley and towards the surrounding mountains.

Half board during the main season

During the main season, stays at Hotel Silbertal are offered with half board, with breakfast and dinner provided as part of the stay. During selected periods in the pre- and late season, stays are offered with breakfast only. During these periods, guests can dine à la carte in the hotel restaurant.
The hotel also has its own bar where you can meet after a day of skiing, as well as ski storage for your equipment.

Sölden is one of Austria’s most snow-sure ski areas, with around 144 kilometres of pistes. The ski area is well connected, making it easy to explore different parts of the mountain without long transfers.

The terrain ranges from open pistes at higher altitudes to more varied runs further down the mountain. The high altitude and glaciers mean that snow conditions are often stable and many pistes maintain good conditions throughout the day.
