Before your holiday
- For winter bookings * 2023/2024: Free cancellation possible until October 1st, 2023
- For summer bookings * 2023: Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before arrival
- You can make changes to the booking free of charge * up to 30 days before your booked stay begins.
- If the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of your home country issues a complete travel ban (for vaccinated, Covid-19 recovered and non-vaccinated persons) and forbids to enter Austria or if the borders to Austria are closed, you will get your money back.

After your holiday
- Book exclusively - Before everyone else.
*Only applicable for private bookings. The changes must be made within the same season and do not include cancellations.
For bookings made by agents in the winter of 2023/2024 with more than 15 people, we offer free cancellation and changes of 20 percent of the people in the booking by October 1st, 2023. E.g. if your booking is for 100 people, we offer free cancellation and change for 20 of the 100 people.
