For winter bookings* 2026/2027: Free cancellation possible until October 1st, 2026
For summer bookings* 2026: Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before arrival
You can make changes to the booking free of charge* up to 30 days before your booked stay begins.

After your holiday

Book exclusively - Before everyone else.

*Only applicable for private bookings. The changes must be made within the same season and do not include cancellations.

For bookings made by agents in the winter of 2026/2027 with more than 15 people, we offer free cancellation and changes of 20 percent of the people in the booking by October 1st, 2026. E.g. if your booking is for 100 people, we offer free cancellation and change for 20 of the 100 people.
