Arrival

Luggage can be stored in the arrival room at reception. The key to your room will be handed out at reception from 15:30 on the day of arrival. Breakfast can be purchased on the day of arrival for €18 for adults from 15 years old and free for children up to 14 years old.

Check in

Check in between 15:30 and 19:00.

Reception

Open between 07:30-12:00 and 15:00-21:00

Room keys

On arrival you will be given 2 keys per room. We ask that you keep the keys for the duration of your stay. Should the room keys be lost or damaged, a fee of €80.00 will be applied. We appreciate your understanding.

Hotel policies for a pleasant stay

We expect the hotel to be quiet between 22:00 and 07:00.

The hotel is a non-smoking hotel.

Night entrance

After midnight, night entrances must be used with a key card.

Wi-Fi

On arrival you will receive the WIFI code.

Parking

Parking is possible at Hotel Planai, it costs 12€ per day, please ask at the reception.

We offer four charging stations for electric cars. The stations are located in the underground parking house. Prior reservation is not possible due to high demand. Should you require the station, please type it in the reservation.

The bar is open every day from 10:00-22:00

Wellness

Wellness is open from 15:00-21:00.

Restaurant

Breakfast

Our breakfast buffet includes a variety of breads and pastries, sausages and cheeses, a selection of jams and spreads, as well as yoghurt, cereals, fruits and fresh egg dishes. Coffee, tea and various fruit juices are of course also included in the breakfast. Breakfast is from 07:30 to 10:00 and for the late riser breakfast is still open from 10:00 to 11:00.

Dinner

Evening buffet including salad buffet. Dinner will be served between 18:00 - 21:00.

We reserve the right to divide dinner into two slots; 17:30-19:30 and 20:00-21:30 in the event of high occupancy. Please let us know your preferred time.

In order to ensure that the kitchen can cater for any allergies or special dietary requirements, please contact the tour operator or the reception desk on arrival.

We have 2 seatings in the restaurant. Please inform us of your preferred dinner time.

The first seating is normally from 17:30 - 19:30 and the second seating is from 20:00-21:30.

Have you booked room only? If you would like to upgrade your stay, please contact us to find out more about our meal options. If you are already at the hotel, please go to the reception and ask our staff hier.

Departure

Check out is no later than 10 am. Showers are available for those of you who intend to ski on the day of departure, please contact the reception and they will show you the way. Dinner can be purchased on the day of departure for 20€ for adults and 15€ for children.

Pay bill

To avoid long queues on departure, you can pay your bar and restaurant bills the night before you leave.

Cleaning

It's cleaned every day and clean towels are available if you leave them in a pile on the floor.

Please note that we no longer accept cash payments. We only accept credit and debit cards. Thank you for your understanding.

Bus

It is possible to use the ski buses around all 4 mountains here in Schladming. The stop is right opposite the hotel by the Planai lift and you can find the timetable on the bus signs.
